I slept in a little today. First time in a while that i've done that. Pretty uneventful day though, raked a few of the millions of leaves we've got throughout the yard, planted the bulbs that Emily needed to get in for spring, cut a little wood, gave the girls a ride on Mike's 4 wheeler, blah,blah,blah. Emily said I need to put some pictures on here, so perhaps i'll try that in a bit.
Last night we took the girls to the church for trunk or treat. Those are the dumbest things ever invented. Ours lasted maybe a half hour and then you start getting kids coming around the third and fourth time. STUPID. Em and i took the girls around the neighborhood a little after that, they thought it was great. They raked in the candy, and today we've had to prevent them from eating the whole bag in one sitting. Anyway, this is kind of random but i thought i could also use this as sort of a daily log. So you may get bored ready my posts, but they are as much for me as anything. Besides I think Emily is the only one that has been to the swamp yet anyway.

I agree - trunk or treat is pretty stupid - especially when you live in a relatively, okay, really safe place like St. Anthony. Thanks for planting my flowers and raking the leaves - just think - only a million more when the rest of the leaves fall off the trees. Where are those pictures?
We had a trunk or treat in the gym. I was like, what, why don't you just call it a gym or treat. It wasn't too bad, until we had the entire young womens/young mens groups going through for candy. We even had a counselor in the young men's presidency go through. Geez, man, buy your own candy. Sienna loved the candy the most, she would have one sucker in her hand and be crying for you to open the one in her other hand. Glad to see you've joined the blogging world! :)
